On a technical note, this pen and ink drawing was made by slowly building layers of cross-hatched lines. It's very easy to get carried away. The tough part is deciding when enough is enough.

I always have a hard time determining when a piece of art is complete, too. You nailed this one though! I'd like to give this little guy a big hug!
